Following a severe WiFi issue my account has been credited £380.64. It said it would be taken off my next bill, yet I was still charged. By my calculations with this much credit I shouldn't have to pay a bill for a year. Why am I still being charged? If I'm not able to use this credit to pay my bill can I receive the money into my bank account?

Are you paying your bill by DD? If the credit was "awarded" to your a/c on or after your billing date, the DD will still be taken this month and the credit applied to future bills.
If you want the credit to be paid back to your method of payment, you will need to call CS & request it.
