I have tried several times to access the app in order to do this https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/how-to-set-up-compatible-wifi but each time I log in, having entered my password & then having received a PIN which I have then also entered, the app pauses for a few minutes and ten returns me to the log-in screen. I have cleared the cache on the app and tried again but to no avail. I notice from other posts that app access is a common complaint so please can this be escalated and resolved urgently.

@NiggleH : You don't need to use the app to setup Compatible WiFi. Simply login to the router itself and set it up on the Advanced > WiFi > Compatible WiFi page.

Thanks - I've done that now. I was cautious due to the security certificate alert I was getting but that seems normal apparently. I would still like to have access to the App though please, EE.
