@Klm2009katie You do not say what you have, so take a look at the smart wireless addon package, for an extra £10 per month, that will allow you to extend the wireless wifi signal. Other way is to look at a longer Ethernet cable from your new ONT to where you would like to position the EE Hub if that is possible to do.
