Hi I have a swann security system was all working fine till last week
I cannot access the device from outside the house netwirk
I can connect to it using swann app while on WiFi in the house no issue.
But if I switch my mobile to 4g I can no longer access the swann device, I have enabled port forwarding
Using the correct ports but it makes no difference, powered off both devices and restarted but still no differe
All help appreciated.

Hi @Vindi93 welcome to the forum.
which router and which Swann system?
Do you know what kind of requirements Swann requires for remote access?
If it needs a fixed ip, that may have changed if your router has rebooted.
Have you been through the troubleshooting steps on the Swann website https://support.swann.com/hc/en-us/articles/4747044853017-Remote-Access-Basic-Troubleshooting or con...

The Swan system uses a uid code I just scan a barcode using the app on the phone and it then adds the device into the app. It's been working fine for ages till last week.
It was working fine without port forwarding. I have tried different network cables and ports to no joy and it doesn't need a static ip for the swann device. I think the router is ee smart home hub 2.

So I would go back to my first post and the link from Swann, but do a factory reset - suitable pointy object in the pinhole at the back of the router, and I would guess on the cameras and start again.
It is always hard to advise when people have fiddled with settings when things previously worked.
