Please can anybody help me?
I have just upgraded to ee from my old BT router. I have managed to reconnect everything except my 3 google home mini's.
According to my search on google I need to disable AP isolation on the router, however I cannot find this option on the ee router.
Can anybody offer a solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance.

There is no AP Isolation on current EE routers.
Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

@wicky0570 Which router do you have?
Ofter switching off the 5Ghz WiFi channels and/or reducing WiFi security from WPA3 TO 2 is enough to get most devices connected.

We are having similar problems. Have been with BT for 16 years and no problems at all, had to change to EE when the contract was up for renewal and the 2 boosters drop intermitantly. My wife works from home and for most of the day there is no internet. Our security camera's are now useless as most of the time they are offline. Our ring doorbell does not always work when someone comes.
Every night I have to reboot our sky boxes because they don't work. It is terrible.
We had to return our BT kit so cannot put it back in place. I wish we had never changed, it's terrible.

Things have got much worse since this. Most of the time nothing works, we are spending all day rebooting and trying to get stuff to work. The 2 boosters flash orange all day and nothing connects.
I wish we had not changed. I think we might cancel.

@wicky0570 Have you contacted EE CS regarding your issue? This is the first time you have reached out, what have you tried to do for checking etc. Saw your other post also, will copy this text to it. Lot shorter and easier to follow.

Hi @JimM11 thanks for your reply. We have contacted EE CS, they reset the line and ran some checks and came back as no issues but we are having loads of issues. Neither of our extenders seem to work. They are connected but keeps intermittently flash orange. My wife works at home for the NHS and keeps having to switch it off as her internet keeps dropping in Teams meetings.
Overall the EE broadband is shocking. Our BT kit before worked perfectly and we wish now that we had not changed. I have spent hours trying to sort this and think we will cancel and go elsewhere. We have arranged a call back from EE CS for 6.15pm tomorrow (Thursday).

Thanks for your reply. I have tried this and everything connects but all items continue to repeatedly drop out!

Many thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestion but it did not work. I cannot get any of our Google Mini's to connect and one of our CCTV camera's will not connect either.
Also we are having major problems overall at the broadband drops out twice, sometimes 3 times every hour.
Have contacted EE CS and requested a call back Thursday 6.15pm. Fingers crossed.
Thanks again for your suggestion.
