I've recieved my router this morning. Our activation date isn't until Friday, but our old provider has already cut us off. I've been trying to change the activation date but every time I try it tells me I've timed out and to re log in.
I've tried multiple times on the app and on the website. Was just wondering of anyone has had any luck changing their date or if I should just wait until Friday?

@Madzda The date given for you activation on Friday was more than likely the best and earliest date, activation of a system is anytime until midnight of the day. The fact you were cut off, is your other provider not part of the isp's that use openreach?
Or did you call them to get it cancelled, and just a timing issue, no one has account access so you need to call EE CS, and highly unlikely that it will be brought forward.
