Can't find my broadband account number

Hello I'm wondering if I can get some help I'm trying to link my account to pay my bill but forgot my account number and can't find my emails with it on how do I find it now

@Katie170984 If you have an EE mobile or landline call 150 and listen to the options, this link will show number also and open from 8am onwards.

EE is totally crap o can't find my account number I was far better eith my jungle drums

EE is by far the worse broadband provider. I should have stook with my jungle drums. All I wanted to do was  pay my bill but I can't find my account number anywhere . E E us crap.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

If you have your EEID setup for the app and website and have linked your Broadband to it already, you can make payment by logging in there. You can also find the account number there by opening one of your bills and the account number is written on the top of the bill.

If you have not linked your EE broadband account yet, if you check back in your e-mail inbox for your welcome e-mail, your account number will be in that e-mail and you can then link it up by logging in and selecting Link a product. 

If you are unable to find the account number though either method, if you call us on 150 our team will be able to confirm the account number and help link it up for the future.
