Hello all, I don't seem to be getting the full fibre 500

Hi @chrisg729 

Please try switching your router off for 5 minutes to see if it refreshes your connection. 
It's worth testing your speed while being connected through an ethernet cable from the router. 

You can check your Broadband Status, and get further help and support on our Broadband Help page

If you're still facing an issue, I'd recommend contact the Broadband technical team to look into the slow speeds you're experiencing. 

Before you do that you can text HELP to 66033. 
• We’ll run tests on your connection to find out what’s going on.
• If you need an engineer, we’ll text you in 15 minutes to book a slot.
• If you don’t need an engineer, our brilliant team will call you within 30 minutes to help solve your issue.
