Had Great reliable service over the last year but today the download speed has dropped from 1.6Gbps to 50Mbps, when I called they said it was a know issue with "the package" whatever that means, not a local issue. Anyone else have the same?

Mine is back too! I reset the hub earlier but in the end it came back without doing anything. Just hoping it remains this way now! Hopefully everyone else will have theirs back soon too.

Sadly same experience, albeit I have only been an EE 1.6Gbit user for 5 months! A little disappointed that there has been zero information.

I had this gaming package 1.6 gb about 2 months ago we was getting 1500 download at that time over the past weeks its slowly getting worse and slow what is EE playing at we paying a lot of money for this gaming package and its ridiculous slow 🐌 any ideas please 🙏 thanks

Service restored here at last. I was told by EE that compensation will be paid as guaranteed download speed was not met. I'll be chasing that in a few days.

Issue appears resolved for me now, speeds are back.
It’s been emotional, I’ll look fondly back on our general disappointment with EE.
I’ll likely cross paths with you on the next failed migration.

Speeds returned to normal yesterday evening. Got an email from EE yesterday afternoon which I thought may be an update but no instead it was informing me of a price rise. Perfect timing when the email claimed 😂

I got that email this morning. I guffawed, too.
All they needed to do was communicate with us. Still, it's fixed now here.

Anyone having new issues?noticed speeds dropped again although to 900 this time so not as bad.
