We have this fabulous 1.6gb gaming package we had a good speed up to the 1st 7 months and then 3 weeks ago we been having problems for on the upload is rubbish 104 upload we should be getting at least 200 upload and the download on speed test doesn't show over 600 its unbelievable we pay loads of cash amount for a rubbish service a openreach engineer who is a good friend of mine said we need our profile changed on out fibre line I spoken to EE customer service all im getting from then is the same thing your home Broudband is working from our end well its not from my home
EE is starting to show there customer service is no good just take my cash thats it ...anyone got any ideas please

@Jay03kuga : What speeds are reported by running the speed test in the EE app? That will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing.

@Jay03kuga Pretty sure the 1.6Gb/s is speed profiled at 1800Mb/s down and 120Mb/s up on a good day! You may wish to look on your EE Smart Hub 7 Pro assuming that is what you are using, see what FW the device has as you are saying just the last 3 weeks it's happening to you also. App will show you the details if it's working for you!

Really? The package is sold with est 115 upload no idea where you get 200 from

@Jay03kuga Then your profile is correct with the speeds you are quoting. You are aware that the speed in/out is all dependent on the connection that you have with what you are doing Internet wise.

If struggling to upload work documents have you checked with the work side for any issues? "I want 200" is real first world problems tbh

@Jay03kuga Earlier in the post i told you what the speed profile was, it's up to you if you believe it or not, and asked you to supply the Firmware Version on your Pro hub FW, there is possible problems if the wrong has been applied.
