Fault tracker

I have a broadband fault. EE provide tracker number.  I go to EE app. I search for fault tracker. It gives li link. Link takes me to EE web page.  Web page says “only broadband faults can be tracked”

Yep, that’s what I want to do!  There’s no option to enter tracking number or link to a broadband tracker

any link or tip welcome

@tartanterror This is the link but the service is NOT working just now so you need to wait or call EE CS.
