I signed up for broadband including Netflix, I was told my old origional subscription would be cancelled by ee, however this has not been completed. How do I get this completed as now I'm paying for 2?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you're paying Netflix directly as well as on your EE account. Please log into the Netflix account and you should have the option to cancel the subscription. If you have any problems, please give us a call and our EE TV guides can get the subscription looked into for you.
