No picture

We have not long had our eetv box, all of a sudden it's turned onto netflix and we only get sound no picture,  have re-booted it and re-set it, still no picture????

Are you using the HDMI cable that came with the TV Box?

Have you confirmed all the connections in the TV Box and back of the TV aren't loose?

Are you connected to a normal TV, and not a computer screen, or projector? Is the TV Box connected directly to the TV, and not through any other equipment?
