TV coming during the night.

Since being switched to an EE box pro at my last renewal my tv comes on during the night, interrupting my slumber!  I have switched off the box and tv via the remote. I have switched off the box on the front, there is no isolating switch at the back, unlike the old BT box. Anyone had this issue?

Hi @srebbiz - there's already another thread discussing this issue.  We're investigating, but the recommendation for now is that you change your energy saver mode to Always Ready - this will stop it happening.
