Placed order online and payed upfront cost and got order reference number.

Received e mail saying 'Your order is almost complete' We need a bit more information please call us. 

I have attempted to call the number provided so many times but wait times are so long. I can't sit around all day waiting for an answer.

Is there an alternative to completing this order?
