can't get sim to function in new phone, no online chat service etc. EE is proving useless again

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech advisor will be able to get your new sim up and running for you.

@fehyjyhtnumy if your unable to use chat if you have access to Skype you can dial the 0800 number I provided via Skype for free.

It would appear that isn't the case, Skype wants to charge me to allow calls, the free trial just brings up a screen with £5 / £10 / £25 pound options.........another great answer

Is this a brand new sim? If so they do usually take a few hours to activate, mine took about 4 hours last time.
