So, I'm trying to sort out a problem with my account but using the live online chat is hopeless as it logs out after a few minutes. It's done this to me 4 times now, so the last couple of times I tried using the website in tandem to stop that logging out in case it was that tripping it out, but no joy. Can anyone help?
