where is my order

I ordered my iPad on the 20th of August. It says it is in stock so should have been here by now. I can’t even track it as that doesn’t even work. So where is my order?

@Haskew91   Did you receive a tracking number or a XKN munber ?   XKN numbers are not tracking numbers.    I would call customer services and ask about this because it sounds like it’s not gone through correctly.
