Why can't I make an order

I tried to order a phone with a gift, and it says sorry try again later.  Why?

Because the system isn't available at the moment? It's down for maintenance?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
