what has happened to my order

I recently placed an order for an upgrade , I received a conformation email saying my order is on its way , that was 4 days ago , I have received no further information regarding my order and it is concernng me

@jcalvert  You’ll receive a email/text when it’s semt and DPD will text you on the day of delivery with a time slot.
