trouble checking out when upgrading my phone

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my phone and am stuck on the checkout summary page. I've pressed the submit button but its not moving onto the confirm page and there's a little loading symbol spinning round hovering over the button.
Are there any issues with the website as this is the second device I've tried this on?

If you contact 150 and select the option to upgrade a upgrade advisor will be happy to process your upgrade order for you lines are open from 8AM.
