sim only plan upgrade order not delivered

So I ordered an upgrade of my Sim Only Plan on the 30.04.2020 and received my order number through confirmation email and it states\

 

Just so you know
If you’re just upgrading your plan, we won’t need to send you a new SIM in the post. We’ll update the one you’re already using.

Look out for a text
We’ll send updates to 07***********

 

It's now 12.05.2020 and not a thing come through to the phone. 

 

Checked order online and it states they couldn't give update on order status but be reassured that they will keep us unto date, well I don't think that's gonna happen as had nothing to date so far !

@Zealot365  Have you looked to see if your online account has changed to this new tariff? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah looked and no change, well annoyed as the deal was great and the current deals aren’t as good.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

 

They will be able to see if there are any pending changes.
