Hello,
My contract has ended recently and my SIM card seems to be disabled.
I get notification "sim not provisioned for voice after moving" after rebooting
I can't receive any messages and incoming calls are rejected.
How can I get access back to my phone number ?

Hi @cjski
It sounds like you've served your 30days notice to disconnect, and this will mean your SIM has been disabled.
If you asked for your number to be disconnected, it will have been released and is no longer yours.

@bristolian, I've asked for number to be switched to pay as you go after my contract ends

There's no account access on this public forum, so I'd recommend you call EE C/S on 150 ASAP.
One possibility is that the PAYG transfer hasn't been actioned.

Hi @cjski,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Are you in the UK?
Can you use mobile data?
Have you been sent a new SIM?
Thanks
James

Hi @James_B ,
Yes, I am in the UK.
I was not able to use mobile data and I have not received new SIM card.
I've managed to get in touch with technicial support and my sim has been activated back.
I was told that I should have received new sim card with the same number.
