I am an EE customer with a pay as you go non-smart Nokia phone. I am getting a Huawai P smart Pro and would like to know how to transfer my number, list of contacts and money from my existing phone to the new one. I understand that my Sim card is probably not going to fit the new device. Will I be able to continue with pay as you go? Angomango

For a SIM of the correct size with your existing no. & plan Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
