replacement phone not receive but charged

I have been charged for a phone I never received due to working away however they’ve still billed my account even tho it was sent back

If your phone was sent back, once processed you will be reimbursed any costs incurred which were charged, less any usage costs (tariff). 

 

For more specific information about your account you will need to speak to EE CS die on 150.
