Hi there, recently upgraded my old phone (IPhone 11) to a iPhone 13 Pro Max using the “Trade In” upgrade option. I have received the trade in pack through the post stating I need to send my old phone back by December 14th or I’ll be charged the trade in value. However, I have not yet received my new phone, tracking information also shows no updates to when I will receive it and I am worried I won’t receive it before I’m supposed to trade in my old phone?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @SaabRyan
We wouldn't expect you to send your old phone back until you have received your new one.
If you haven't received it by 14th December, give our Mobile Care team a quick ring, just to let them know.
