regarding wrong phone case and protector for S20plus

Hi Team,

 

i Upgrade my mobile and contract with EE on 24th of this month and i bought a mobile and screen protector and silicon cover for my mobile which is Samsung 20Plus, i received my mobile on next day but yesterday i  received my Silicon cover and screen protector but i received wrong one i received silicon cover and protector cover for Samsung 20 not for 20Plus what should i have to do now.

@Ali53  you need to call customer services about this to get it exchanged. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
