How do we claim our £10 to down on premium cases and screen protectors?

Hi does anyone know how we claim the £10 to buy a case and screen protector?

@Nemery8 if you have insurance you get a £10 discount on a purchase.

on the my EE app go to Plan

and Add ons then click service benefits>£10 off protective kit.
