Hi, I am trying to order a new physical SIM for my wife as a new handset she was gifted for Christmas requires a nano SIM and she only has an old micro SIM currently.
Through the website link I get to the ordering option, however after selecting physical SIM and going to continue it suggests an eSIM will be posted out (seems illogical as that's not possible?).
Can Somone advise if this is just a typo and/or how to order a new physical SIM?
