phone not arrived two days later after being told it was next day delivery

I ordered my new iphone over the phone on tuesday and was told it would arrive on wednesday with next day delivery yet i’ts now thursday and i’ve received no confirmation email or updates nor have i heard from dpd (also i have checked my junk and spam folders too). thankyou!

Best call CS on 150 and establish the reason for the delay
