pack didn't renew

Hi my £10 everything pack hasn't renewed for some reason even though I had the £10 topup done before it was due, when I text ba or Al I get a £10 balance, I have lots of rolled over data so don't want to start a new different pack is this an issue with EE ?

I got the reminder to topup text yesterday @ 08.36 & topped up £10 @ 22.51 but my pack still hasn't renewed

You should be able to text NOW to 150 to activate your pack.

Could you please give that a go and let me know if it works?

Thanks, just tried that, got text back saying I need more funds to renew my pack but I topped up last night as already stated previously & when I text ba to 150 it tells me I have £10 credit...bizarre
