Hi,
I decided to move to EE and when i chose a monthly plan I gave the pac code in the form so when my sim was sent out I thought it would automatically update my new number but it didn’t. now that i am trying to fill out the form and give the pac code again it says it is unrecognised by EE. I also realised a lot of other people on this network had the same problem when they first moved?

@shubeena786 Your number isn’t ported as soon as you get a new SIM card it takes up to 24 hours. So if you got this yesterday all being well your number will port across today.
