We now have a 2 year fixed contract with another phone (Samsung) supplied by ee. The one I'd like unlocking was bought from Argos last year was on a continuing Sim-Only deal at that time which of course no longer applies; the Sim was removed and disposed of.
The Nokia will be well over 6m old and has a useful camera which I like to use and cannot since all its features are locked. Anybody help?

To unlock an EE device not bought directly from EE you need to call Customer Services on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) to put you in touch with the Unlocking Team to request an Unlock Code. You will be asked for your email addy. They will take payment (of £8.99) from any valid UK bank card.
Once the process has been started you will receive an email from the Unlocking Team to process the unlock. It can take up to 10 days to complete the unlock.
BTW: EE don't do fixed contracts. These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
