ordered my upgrade and was given an XKO number

I was given an xko number last week but I've still not heard anything about my order. It said I would have next day delivery?

Have you tried tracking the order using the online order tracking at

 

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/orders-and-delivery/order-status/how-do-i-track-my-order

 

If that doesn’t work (as it often doesn’t) you’d probably need to get in touch with customer services to check on the status of your order

No that xko number did nothing. Is it a matter of waiting for the new phone to become available in stock?

Customer services would be able to advise you better as to when you can expect your order.

 

What device did you order?

I upgraded to a Samsung s20 5g. How do I contact customer services?

The S20 5G is showing as in stock so it’s probably best if you contact EE as I would have expected you to have received it by now
