I am new to join EE and I submit an order online. I attempt to track my order but it says wrong Email or wrong order reference number.

 

The order has already submitted for 3 days.

 

How can I know that when the SIM will arrive?

@Pncfcom  if the order went through then the Sim is coming through the Royal mail there is no tracking information on sim only deliveries. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
But I have not received the text or email that show me the SIM dispatched.

Is there something wrong with my order?

@Pncfcom   I’m sure when I ordered a sim I didn’t get anything about it being dispatched.  Give customer services a call to inquire about it.
