order number for new sim only deal

I changed my package on line as I was out of contract. I moved to the current sim only 100gb for £20 deal for 18 months. I didn't get an email to confirm but just a series of texts which I have deleted. all I need is the order number as the order appears to have progressed as I have been credited with lots more data

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

hi  - no  didn't  need a new sim. I'm out of contract so logged in as myself on main ee website under my account nomrla login, foudn the offer to existing customers on sim only page and placed a new order against my phone number. I have the new data allowance but need the order number

If you have just upgraded to a SIM plan online you won't be sent an order number as we won't be sending anything out to you.
