i ordered a new phone just under a week ago, ive just noticed that i entered the wrong email and theys why ive not had a confirmation email, and ive not had a message about my delivery (entered corroct phone number). should i chase this up, and if so how?

If you have provided the correct contact number, once your phone has been dispatched you will receive a text message from DPD with your delivery time.
