Bought 10GB yesterday evening but not working

I've got a EU travel device.

Being in France at present I'm using it. It was working fine but I ran out of Data. Bought 10GB extra yesterday but the Wifi is not working any more ...

What should I do ?

Have you tried restarting the device since you bought extra data?

What device is it that you're using?

 

Does the add-on show in your My EE Account?

The device is 4GEE wifi Mini.

It was working fine until it ran out of data.

I bought some more (10GB)

It's showing as having been added on my family usage but in real it is not working ...

Are you able to try the SIM in a different EE/unlocked device to see if it works, @Virg2?
