hi my mobile sim has suddenly stopped working and i got a text message saying that i had no allowances? i cannot call to check my Balance and it is frustrating as i am abroad, what should i do? thanks

is there anyway i can reactivate my sim/get my old number back? it is only very recently stopped e beg Dec?
