when a number has been deactivated but it was registered to someone (they had created an account) will that number then completely disappear from someone's PAYG online account?
It is way past the reactivation timescale, etc but i am wondering what happens to old deactivated/de-registered, are they like they never existed?

Its a/c no. will still appear in your PAYG MyEE Switch Account drop-down list but its mobile no. will be gone. All your other PAYG nos. in the drop-down list will continue to work as normal.

Welcome to the community.
The My EE account would be closed if the number is now deactivated. Once the account is in hibernation after 273 days of inactivity the number would be recycled and lost.
Thanks.
Leanne.
