I failed to top up every time i tried in a specific bank account. I asked bank for the reason,then my top up ammount was £0.00 even i selected above £5.00.
payment approval was done precisely,but after approval in bank app, the EE app was not changed and proceeded to confirmation.

@hir0 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.
