I made an on line order this morning , I had a screen come up with my order number and that everything was good to go and a message saying I would get a confirmation email which even after four hours I haven't received , am I going to get my order as have paid the up front fee

@jayticey Have you checked in your spam folder ? If nothing is there I suggest you call customer services.

Tried that but as I don't have a xko or xkn number there is nothing they can do apparently, wish I had written it down when it came up on the order screen
