i upgraded my phone today over the phone and didnt receive no confirmation email or anything so i called 150 and spoke to an advisor and they said theyd resend the email but it still hasnt come through and ive checked junk... however they said i should be getting a text from DPD tomorrow morning about delivery times so do i need to be worried?

It seems you have your answer. DPD will text you with a delivery time.
CS should be able to give you your order number to track on EE order tracking.
