no confirmation email for order?

• I ordered the iPhone 11 pro and got a confirmation text but didn’t receive a confirmation email and the link to track my order doesn’t work? Anyone else had this?

I'm having the same problem just got a contract with a nintendo switch gift and haven't received a confirmation email, I have received texts from ee but no email so I can't track my order 😕
