Hi @Lindsey,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you upgraded direct with EE, you can continue to use your existing SIM card. You only need to use the new SIM if you need a different size.

Are you able to transfer your existing SIM to your new phone?

Thanks

James

It is a bigger sim as I had a 64GB sim and now have a 256 GB sim

@lindsey11

Are you sure that 64Gb & 256Gb isn't the memory on your phone?

SIMs come in micro, nano and standard size.

Yes it is

Assuming you upgraded from an older model iPhone they should use Nano sim - they have been using Nano sim since the iPhone 6 - possibly the 5 used nano too.

Please don't confuse phone storage for SIM storage - a SIM card only has a couple Kilobytes of storage, let alone Gigabytes

Hi @lindsey11,

That's great advice from @bristolian and @Kirigaya_Kazuto.

What type of phones are they?

Thanks

James
