Number Transfer

Good evening folks, 

 

I provided my PAC code when signing up online for my new Sim Only account moving from BT. New sim has arrived and is set up but do I still need to provide the PAC code online again on the form or is it just a case now of waiting for it transfer?

Welcome to the community and EE 🙂

 

If you entered your PAC when you placed your order, you shouldn't need to fill in the number transfer form.

 

When did you receive your EE SIM card?

Hi Leanne,

 

Received yesterday and have had the usual series of texts but no mention of the number being transferred. This was after 17:30, so I'm guessing it won't happen until Monday now but as I've had no confirmation, I'm not sure if it is!
