new sim activation

i lost my phone and ordered new sim card but when try to activate it in new phone is asking me for 6 digit code send on my number. well, i have lost phone so how can i read messages when network is not activated?????

@gameclub Did you request a replacement SIM card ? and did you call customer services to make this request?

yes, i have new sim card and i requested it online. I cant speak with anyone as i dont have second number to call from

If you haven't called Customer Care to report your phone lost, please get in touch as soon as possible so they can place a bar on your account to stop someone using your SIM.
They'll also be able to activate your replacement for you.
