new contract credit not applied

hi. how do i contact EE without having to call. got new contract and was meant to have a 20£ crediit applied to my first bill due to EE customer service failing to twice set up and send out my new phone and sim after the credit check was complete over the phone. 3rd guy sorted the delivery failure and stated i would get a 20£ credit on my first bill due to me having to call 3 times about the failed delivery and account set up. the £ bill is in my account but no 20£ credit has been applied?

Have EE actually billed you as these normally shoe after billing was a credit to your account.
