lost sim card

Stranded in India and have lost my EE sim card. Wanted to have a new one with same number delivered to my UK address, but no way of getting in contact with EE from overseas. No email, no live chat.......my coverage is great but support at EE is one star.

Judging from my bills no-one's found it - wasn't sure if having it barred would make me lose my number. Also no option to just report SIM just phone...

No, having your phone/SIM reported lost/stolen doesn't mean your number is lost. It allows EE to bar the lost SIM and issue a replacement with your same number.

Still no luck. A friend of mine has offered to go into a shop in Tunbridge wells and ask if they can send a card to my address- will they be able to do that? The thought of 14 days in self isolation without a phone is fairly dauting.

Hi @adamregan

I am sorry, the store would only be able to give a replacement SIM to the account holder and would need photo ID.

You will need to call us on +44 (0) 7953 966 250 and our Mobile Care team can send you a replacement SIM card.

Thanks.

Leanne.
