Stranded in India and have lost my EE sim card. Wanted to have a new one with same number delivered to my UK address, but no way of getting in contact with EE from overseas. No email, no live chat.......my coverage is great but support at EE is one star.

@adamregan  Live chat is for contract customers only and is only available when an agent is free to chat.  You need to login your your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up.   Please remember customer services as working with lees staff because of working with social distancing in mind so you’ll be waiting longer for live chat.   There is no email address to use as emails are to slow to deal with customer issues.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm a contract customer logged into my account and have yet to see a live chat window...but I will persist.

Hello @adamregan

Since your last post, have you been able to speak with our customer care team?

@adamregan Have you tried calling EE on +44 7953 966250? Using another phone or perhaps Skype or another IP-based calling app?

Not yet - I'm trying to avoid spending a fortune on an international call.

Just remember that until your SIM is reported lost and is barred, you're liable for any use on it, should it have been found by anyone.
